Bunanyung Landscape Alliance 
The “Bunanyung Landscape Alliance” is an alliance of community members, Landcare and Friends groups, networks and associations involved in promoting the health of biodiversity for the urban and rural catchments of the Moorabool, Leigh and Woady Yaloak, all which form the northern part of the Corangamite Catchment Area.
The draft Establishment Document and Strategic Plan (DEDSP) of the Bunanyung Landscape Alliance (The Alliance) is now available after its big launch October 26,2018. The launch was well attended by representatives from the community, groups in the Alliance, agencies and the NRCL.
Connected Landscapes Project
The Bunanyung Landscape Alliance is releasing its inaugural call for sites for the Corangamite CMA’s Connected Landscapes project. Preference will be given to sites that protect and enhance remnant vegetation and/or establish strategic wildlife corridors. Read more
Establishment forum of the Bunanyung Landscape Alliance, incorporation and appointment of Board members.
A forum to establish the Bunanyung Landscape Alliance as an incorporated body and to nominate and appoint Board members will be held on:
Wednesday February 6th 2019 at 7pm at the City Oval Hotel, 1321 Mair St Ballarat.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Formally establish the Bunanyung Landscape Alliance, and adopt the Bunanyung Landscape Alliance constitution and rules as circulated at this forum.
- Move that the Bunanyung Landscape Alliance be incorporated as an incorporated association under the provisions of the Associations Incorporation Act; and
- Accept Expressions of Interest and appoint nine Board members.
An independent Chair-person, Wayne Weaire, has been appointed.
